A small company that says what it is.

GovIQ Inc. builds AI and digitization products for government. This page exists so that anyone evaluating us — a procurement officer, a security reviewer, a department head checking after a call — can verify who we are without having to ask.

Our story

GovIQ began with an observation from inside government: the operational problems were clear, but the path to solving them with AI was not.

Across public-sector agencies and other regulated environments, teams were buried in manual, repetitive work. 911 centers could only review a small sample of calls. Document-heavy offices spent valuable staff time on extraction and data entry. Records offices held decades of paper that was legally retained and practically unreachable. Departments responsible for public service and compliance faced growing volume without the headcount to match.

The promise of AI was real, and so were the barriers. Procurement cycles were slow. Administrative constraints were constant. Security and compliance requirements rightly limited what tools could be used and where sensitive data could go.

That gap is why GovIQ exists.

We built GovIQ to bring modern AI into high-stakes environments in a way that respects the realities those organizations operate under. That means secure deployment models, human-in-the-loop oversight, audit-ready workflows, strong data isolation and control, and products built for real operational use rather than for demos.

We combine deep government experience with AI engineering. We know these challenges because we have lived them, and we know these solutions because we have built them.

Our mission

To help high-compliance organizations use AI to reduce backlog, improve quality, and free up staff time, without giving up control of their data or compromising accountability.

What we claim, and what we do not

What is true

  • Built on FedRAMP High authorized Azure services
  • CJIS-ready controls aligned to NIST SP 800-53
  • US data residency on every deployment
  • Isolated per tenant, with a separate database and storage per customer
  • Customer data is never used to train public AI models
  • Registered Small Business

What we will not claim

  • GovIQ does not itself hold a FedRAMP authorization
  • GovIQ does not hold SOC 2
  • GovIQ holds no formal CJIS certification
  • CallScore and Clerk are managed services in commercial Azure — not on-premises and not air-gapped
  • PaperlessOS is the on-premises product; do not assume the same model applies to the others

Vendors in this market routinely blur these lines. We would rather lose a deal on an honest answer than win one on a claim that falls apart in a security review. Full deployment detail is on the deployment and security section.
